Helen is a NLP coach and trainer. She works with people individually and in groups. Helen provides leaders and big thinkers with the direction and freedom to safely unpack their past and design their future path. She says 'metaphorically, I hold a torch and tool kit, allowing people to explore fresh possibilities and quickly achieve transformational change, so they can thrive and prosper'. Having been on one of her courses, we can truly say she is a powerful and life-changing speaker and trainer. 

What was needed

Helen has become quite legendary within the Richmond Borough. However, she wanted to re-brand herself in order to really differentiate herself from all other life-coaches within her competitive set.

What we did

We spent time with Helen to get a good grasp of who she was, what she did for people and how she worked. We then:

• Built her a mood board - giving her a visual representation of what she stood for and how she wanted her clients to see her.
• Worked with her to develop a new logo that represented what she stood for - liaising with a design agency to convert the physical idea into an electronic format.
• Developed a website brief and initial website design.
• Provided direction for both a PR and Word of Mouth strategy

Working with Carolyn has been easy and enlightening. The process of constructing a mood board, and delving into what was unique about me, and how others perceive what I offer, was a revelation. The construction of a logo resulted not just in a great diagram, but more importantly, by working out what I represented, I can now talk for ten minutes on what the logo represents (if asked). Carolyn gave me candid feedback on my material; we then together designed something better, so the end product is 100% mine. It has been fun and very, very useful.
